Tumut’s elite join forces with Australia’s largest real estate group
Born and bred Tumut agent, Ray Piper, has unveiled his new Ray White business as he continues to build a leading agency in the area.
Since starting his career in 1997, Ray has built an award-winning business with in excess of 200 properties for sale today.
“I’ve lived in Tumut my whole life. The support of the local community has allowed me to grow my business to be one of the busiest agencies in the area and now it’s time to take it to the next level.
“Nothing about our service will change – it will still be the one-on-one experience we’ve always provided to our clients. The only difference is we’re now equipped with all the extra tools and resources that comes with a brand like Ray White,” Ray explained.
Passionate about the area, Ray said the local real estate market is looking bright.
“We’ve got a large investment market and retirees are increasingly moving here. Tumut is attractive to buyers because the Snowy Mountains are close by, we’re two hours from Canberra, an hour from Wagga and halfway between Sydney and Melbourne,” he said.
Ray White NSW CEO, Stephen Nell said welcoming Ray and his team to the network is a great pleasure.
“We are so proud of this partnership. Ray is a formidable force in the Tumut market and has built his business through his solid reputation. He and his team are well-known and respected in the local community and we are so excited to support them as they continue to grow,” he said.
For the Ray White Tumut team, they have a very clear ambition: continue doing what they’ve always done.
“The main priority for our business is – and has always been – our clients. Making sure our customers have the very best experience as they go on their property journey is the most important thing.
“We’re only successful if our clients are successful – we’ll use the tools available through Ray White to provide an even more personalised service to the people of Tumut.”
