Having had our house on the market for quite some time using two other real estate companies with not one offer, we were not overly optimistic of the chances of getting a sale with yet another real estate company. We were pleasantly surprised to get a sale within five weeks of listing our property with Steen Nielsen from Ray White Remuera. If only we had listed with him in the first place! Every time he has a viewing or open home he would leave a message in a card about the visit (something no one else has ever done), following up with a phone call later in the day.
