My partner first met Sam at one of his open homes. Unfortunately that one wasn't suitable for us but after asking what our requirements were Sam said he would keep in touch. And that he did! He showed us through a house a few weeks later that was perfect. After countless visits to the house at open home times and outside of these times, Sam was very flexible, he kept up great communication and kept us informed on the real estate market in the Ellerslie area. We won the house at auction! So it was only natural, we then listed our house to sell with Sam and Glen.
