Ricky Cave did an amazing job selling my property providing perfect service right through the selling process. The complete transaction was conducted by phone and email in a most helpful way. Firstly his valuation was spot on, he sold the property for the highest figure, he had quoted, as possible. Initially after I had contacted him he approached my then tenants in a very affable manner when doing the appraisal...they then recommended that I place the house for sale with Ricky. He gave sensible, easily comprehendible advice and then developed an excellent strategy for auctioning the property, did a very smart job placing signs, was understanding about items still left on the property and sold the property quickly. We bought a property through Ricky Cave in June/July 2010 and later sold our own property with Ricky in late August 2010. Right from the start Ricky gives the impression that he enjoy's what he does and is a true professional. This never faded over the weeks and became more evident with each step. We were very impressed with Ricky when we purchased a property and therefore later chose him again to sell ours without hesitation. Ricky really knows how to market each property accordingly.We were fortunate how we were guided in many right directions where needed as we used Ricky's recommended Mortgage Broker and Solicitor which were equally impressive. We were left to choose our own paths without any pressure or persuasion throughout the buying and selling processes which were not easy at times. Nothing was ever a problem as Ricky is a tireless worker even after his day off on a ski-trip he would be back into it the same day/night following up the previous weekends open homes. Ricky performed with unlimited energy, motivation, and integrity throughout the weeks. Even after the auction process had finished Ricky kept in touch checking up on us after the Earthquake.

10 May 2010 Ricky Cave was an excellent salesman during our recent home purchase in Christchurch. Had it not been for Ricky's perseverance and dedication we would not have made this purchase and would have missed out on the best house we could possibly have found. One that we remain simply delighted with. Ricky was aware of our needs and realized that despite some of our reservations this property was perfect for us. With his assistance we negotiated the previously uncharted purchase option of Pre-auction offer, which was unsuccessful and then Auction where we were the successful purchasers.
