Emigrating from the Philippines with his family in 2008, Renzi Garcia understood how important it was for him to make a contribution to their family and their new life. Community is significant to Renzi, he keeps linked in by playing basketball and soccer three times a week and heading to the gym. He relaxes by catching the odd movie, and puts travelling at the top of his list for favourite things to do when he’s not working. Downtime means he can replenish his stores so he can give everything he’s got to his clients. He lives by the motto that “If my clients aren’t happy, then I’m not happy.”
Friendly, courteous, worked hard (43% interest was from his contacts) kept me informed. The house we were selling had belonged to a man who committed suicide on-site. This is not easy to deal with personally or with potential buyers. At all times Renzi was professional and did not give me a whisper of any discomfort or difficulty, although as a new, young agent this situation could have been quite unsettling. I enjoyed working with him.
I would like to thank Renzi in what he has done in the process of selling of our house. It was a bit of a struggle for me in doing this but with his help it was done and I would recommend friends and family to entrust your ability in selling their house also.
