A record number of 1300 agents and guests last night celebrated the annual Ray White Victoria and Tasmania awards at the Palladium at Crown to recognise the top offices and individual achievers throughout the network.
The top performers in settled commission award went to Ben Thomas of Ray White Ferntree Gully taking out the top individual spot, and Ray White Ferntree Gully taking out the top overall office spot in Victoria.
Tasmania saw Conor Canning of Ray White Hobart take the top spot for his state, as well as his Ray White Hobart office win the top accolade as an office.
In Victoria, the top regional performer award went to Yvette Tancheff at Ray White Phillip Island, while the best office regionally was also named as Ray White Phillip Island.
This year, the CEO’s cup award, recognising the recipient for having an extraordinary year of growth and commitment to their business, while also celebrating their contribution to the company, was awarded to Ashley Weston of Ray White Frankston.
Ray White Victoria and Tasmanian CEO Domenic Belfiore said he was so proud of his entire network and corporate team.
“Our strategic ambition is to be the number one brand in Victoria and Tasmania in sales volume, with highly skilled leaders and members in businesses who possess a high performance culture, who act with integrity and represent the Ray White Brand with pride,” Mr Belfiore said.

The rising star award recognised the youngest talent in the network and was won by Sam Polizzi from Ray White Craigieburn who was named the top sales rising star and Kate Vanderkolk of Ray White Manningham as the property management rising star.
Ray White Glen Waverley was named property management team of the year, and Paige Jones of Ray White Pakenham took out property manager of the year. Penny Costa of Ray White Oakleigh was named business development manager of the year.
The individual award for marketing excellence went to Samantha Mizzi of Ray White South Morang.
Ray White Lara took out the award for sales office with the best marketing, and Ray White Cranbourne took the best sales office for community presence.
Glen Waverley also received awards for auctioneering, including Marc Lum for auctioneer of the year in settled sales and top office for auctioneering. Jessica Brereton of Ray White Ringwood won novice auctioneer of the year.
The senior auctioneer of the year award went to Kevin Chokshi of Ray White Cheltenham.
Other awards on the night included best-presented office, office manager/administrator of the year, personal assistant of the year, service excellence, and many more.
