Ray White SA & NT 2017 award winners

More than 400 guests attended the annual Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory state awards at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Friday August 25 to celebrate the achievements of the top offices and individuals throughout the network.
One of the most exciting awards of the night was the top sales award based on settled commission, which went to Jason Spagnuolo of Ray White Norwood in South Australia.
Jason also took out the top award for the highest number of sales in the last 12 months.
Business owners of the year went to Brett and Kristy Pilgrim of Ray White Adelaide Group, with Brett also winning the auctioneer of the year competition.
The top office overall was proudly won by Ray White Clare Valley, who also won the top award for office customer satisfaction. Greg Cram of Ray White Berri won the individual customer satisfaction award.
Ray White SA & NT chief executive officer Matt Lindblom thanked everyone in the Ray White team for their continued support.
“I could not have wished for a better group of people to work with, this is such an exciting time to be a part of the Ray White family, it’s full of opportunity and I’m thankful for such an outstanding year,” he said.
“Our network continues to see our market share grow and that is all due to the excellent performance by everyone in the Ray White network.”
Mike Lao of Ray White Salisbury was named as the top selling principal across the network, in both settled commission and number of sales. He also won top referrer to Loan Market.
The award for excellence in auctions by an individual went to Nick Psarros of Ray White Port Adelaide, who also picked up the award for excellence in auctions by an office.
Awards for the company’s rookies were also presented on the night, with the best career start awards going to Samuel Paton from Ray White Brighton and rookie property manager of the year going to Lindsey Sawtell of Ray White Salisbury.
Kylie Depledge from Ray White Copper Coast was named property manager of the year, with the Copper Coast team also taking the property management team of the year award.
In a break away from some of the standard awards across the states, Ray White Salisbury was awarded for largest digital footprint, and Ray White Mount Barker was rewarded for their excellent database.
The life member award this year went to Brenton Carson from Ray White Bordertown, for being an exceptional role model for the entire Ray White South Australia and Northern Territory network.
Other awards on the night included our Elite and Premier sales people, administrator of the year, personal assistant of the year as well as many more.
