I joined the Ray White Prier Manson team in 2005, having moved from another Property Management firm into this role.

I have since achieved Ray White Canterbury No 1 Property Manager Individual for 2006, the Prier Manson Cup for Outstanding Achievement in 2008, Ray White Canterbury No 2 Property Manager Individual 2009, Ray White Canterbury Property Management No.1 Growth 2009, Ray White Canterbury Property Manager Individual 2010, Ray White National Award Property Manager Individual 2011.

Prior to my positions in property management I worked as a Senior Constable in the New Zealand Police for 17 years. This role provided me with a vast range of personal and customer service skills, which have proven invaluable in handling all facets of managing a large and complex, quality rent role.

I employed Ray Hastie and his team because the tenant in my mothers furnished apartment had stopped paying rent. This was causing me a lot of stress and sleepless nights as the rent was helping with my mother's rest home care and the tenant had turned out to be a conman. Ray took the tenant to the Tenancy Tribunal and had the tenant removed within days. He then had the locks changed as a precaution. As Property Manager, Ray has since installed a reputable couple in the apartment. He has supported me through false claims brought by the previous tenant to the Justice Department who dismissed the case. Ray is now in the process of disposing the previous tenants belongings stored in the apartments basement carpark. I have found Ray to be professional, attentive to detail and trustworthy. He takes care of my mother's apartment, including cleaning and minor repairs, sends me monthly statements of the rent etc. Ray and his team have lifted a great burden off my shoulders.
