A natural born achiever is an accurate description of Peter Belcher. Not that he’d tell you that because the good ones never do. He began to realise his talent for sales in his early twenties, and it wasn’t long after, that others saw his promise too. He was whisked off to Australia for a nationwide roll out of a thriving company and spent ten years building a flourishing sales career. Following that, he moved back to New Zealand, proving his entrepreneurial abilities in a successful importing and manufacturing enterprise. When it was time for another change, Peter decided it was time to do what he really loved. Having dabbled in real estate investments for many years, he applied for his real estate licence, falling hand in glove into the industry, and never looking back.
Peter specialised in Residential Community Development sales, including the prominent Addison development, until becoming a partner at Ray White Takanini two years ago. Combining his entrepreneurial passion with his love of sales has been a fulfilling transition, and one of his greatest rewards is seeing his team evolve daily. His innovative approach of preparing your house before sale using a home improvement team has garnered impressive results too. In addition to numerous accolades for outstanding performance in the field, he’s earned a consistent spot in the top 5% of salespeople nationwide, and has a firm hold on his Ray White Elite Salesperson Status.
Fair to say, Peter’s pretty darn good at anything he does, especially real estate. That might be enough but it actually gets better. He’s also an incredibly easy person to deal with, polite, thoughtful, engaging and articulate. His travels have given him the ability to understand how different cultures view their business relationships, and how to meet their diverse needs. He sponsors an annual charity fun run and a local hospice, and volunteers in his residents’ association. Last but not least, Peter is a devoted father of two daughters, one of which he raised as a single parent from the age of eleven, and he credits them with making him the happiest in life.
