Paul promptly got in touch with us the evening after we'd made a casual enquiry at your Upland Road Office a few hours earlier. After organising with our tenants to appraise the property, Paul took the time to travel to where we live in Warkworth, and presented a arketing proposal for our consideration. We had already made contact with another sales person, however, it was Paul's professionalism, and obvious experience with similar situations (altered cross-lease footprint and outstanding Code Compliance Certificate) that convinced Us that he was the right person to sell our property. Paul managed not only the sale campaign but he also managed us! He politely advised us what we needed to get done to maximise the return from the property. On our behalf he met with building inspectors and tradesmen, he liaised with our solicitor, and he even made contact with some of the neighbouring cross-lease owners to confirm they'd be happy to sign off a revised flats plan. He ran a very successful open home programme and he reported bock to us as per the programme he'd previously presented and was always promptly following up with prospective buyers. This resulted in approximately seven registered bidders being present on the auction night. The property went for 30% above a registered valuation we'd had done 3 months earlier. A result we are naturally thrilled with. Paul did advise us that this was achievable; we weren't so sure. We're happy to say, that he was correct!
