A big old house that's quite comfortable because the bedrooms are big and the living room is open plan, close to the kitchen and can fit quite a few people in it.
A bonus is the kitchen has been upgraded and there are two toilets (both inside).
Outside there is a covered veranda just in case someone "has" to have a smoke, the grounds are smallish (minimal lawn mowing) and the garage has a couple of rooms to hold the odd guest who couldn't make it home.
