The Ray White Group are proud to welcome leading Paraparaumu Real Estate identity, Graham Browne as part of the Leaders Real Estate group rebrand to Ray White.
The network of Leaders businesses are progressively transitioning to Ray White, and will be fully onboarded during February 2017.
The Leaders Real Estate office in Paraparaumu specialise in the local residential market. The business has operated under the stewardship of Graham Browne since 2003, however, the office was originally part of the first independent franchise operating under the Leaders brand, which launched in 1990.
With the rebranding due to complete 1 February 2017, the current Ray White Paraparaumu business led by Rachael Steinmetz will merge with Leaders. Mr Browne said his team is very excited to be joining Ray White to create an even greater presence in the local market.
“People right throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific are very familiar with the Ray White brand and its reputation of looking after its clients and customers. We are excited at the additional resources and powerful marketing programs this move will bring and look forward to the future under the Ray White colours,” Mr Browne said.
Carey Smith, Ray White New Zealand Chief Executive, said that the Leaders Group have been a dominant force in real estate for many years, with integrity, family and being proud of every transaction at the core of what they do.
“Graham Browne and his entire team have has always had a culture of looking after the interests of our clients, the property owners, first and foremost. Their salespeople are trained to go that extra mile to secure the best result for both property owners and buyers,” he said.
The Kapiti Coast covers all aspects of the housing market. Being a beach based suburb, there are luxury holiday and permanent homes situated on the beach front with values running up to $2 million, while as the housing spreads further East, the various internal “suburbs” cater for middle income to first home buyers. The average selling price in the area is around $380,000.
Leaders will join Ray White in their sponsorship and support of Ronald McDonald House which benefits many Paraparaumu children and their families, as well as continue to support local sports clubs and community services such as the Coast Guard.
