Craig Prier and Rae Manson established Prier Manson Real Estate in 2001 with a focus on the hillside and coastal suburbs of Christchurch. Over the ensuing years they have created a team of real estate experts who are renowned for their depth of understanding and intimate knowledge of this specialist real estate market.

2010 saw the opening of a sub-branch in London St, Lyttelton and previous to that, in 2008 they opened an office in Opawa to service the surrounding hill and river suburbs.  As a result of the February 22nd earthquake, this modern, high profile building had become the head office for both the Sales and Property Management division of this award winning company. The enforced closure of our Sumner and Redcliffs offices meant that Opawa had become a complete one stop shop.

On the 17th of November 2014 Rae and Craig opened their brand new state of the art office in Ferrymead. This office brings the company back in touch with their core market area. It is sited overlooking the estuary which fits so well with their mantra  "He sells, she sells by the sea, sure !"  The staff thoroughly enjoy the connection with their clients who are shopping and socialising right on the doorstep of this new office .
