Nelli Tagirova has picked up a whole lot of real estate experience since moving from Russia four years ago.
Arriving with a background in flight operations and customer service, Nelli’s passion for property and interior design led her to seek a real estate salesperson’s position. Receiving the best grounding possible with the exceptional team at Ray White Manurewa, she then expanded her scope of experience and her geographical knowledge at another South Auckland real estate company. She made her mark selling ‘problem’ properties; applying her natural problem-solving skills earned her the top salesperson position for the second quarter of 2016. Subsequently, Nelli ventured to Ray White Realty, the number one office in New Zealand where she gained valuable know-how in both investment and lifestyle properties.
Coming full cycle, Nelli has returned to where it all began, Ray White Manurewa. The company is renowned for its collaborative, driven approach and focus on professional growth, which suits Nelli’s character to a tee. Often called a perfectionist, she’s an incredibly hard worker who takes enormous professional pride in achieving results for her clients. Nelli’s independent, open minded mentality allows her to take on challenges others might avoid, and she has an uncanny ability to facilitate a vision filled with possibilities.
That same character leads Nelli to chase adventure outside of work, admitting she’s always loved adrenaline sports. With a two-year-old son, the chance to indulge her thrill-seeking nature is less frequent, but you won’t find Nelli sitting still. She’s working on a self-driven campaign to introduce after-hours childcare to New Zealand, based on evidence taken from the efficient services in her home country. Rightfully proud of her project, Nelli aims to offer primary caregivers equal opportunities to work an eight-hour day, for the benefit of our communities.
