Licensee Salesperson, Ray White Takanini
Naveen Arora didn’t fall into real estate; he carefully planned his dream job for over two years. When you choose him as your property advisor, you can be sure he’s in it for love.
No stranger to hard work or responsibility, Naveen’s background boasts a high-level management role with one of New Zealand’s best-known telecommunications companies. That job was a result of 12 years of university education and career progression, during which he received multiple awards for outstanding customer service. But, in 2015, something changed his life - he bought his first house.
Knowing nothing about the market, Naveen encountered the difficulties of finding reliable salespeople who would go the extra mile - or even return his calls. Not giving up, Naveen taught himself everything he needed to know, gaining a newfound passion in the process. Following that, Naveen officially up skilled, earning a National Certificate in Real Estate, allowing him to secure an enviable salesperson position at the award-winning Ray White Takanini branch.
Naveen’s empathy fuels a clear goal: “To achieve an outcome which exceeds the expectations of both the vendor and the buyer - in every transaction.” Your needs are his priority - if you hit an obstacle, Naveen's proven problem-solving skills will find the solution. His education has taught him the importance of research and accuracy, so you’ll also benefit from advanced product and market knowledge. Additional I.T., mathematics and teaching experience complement his expertise in customer relations and promises you a detail-oriented, patient property advisor who can crunch the numbers and utilize marketing technology to target your greatest audience.
Naveen gains life balance by going to the gym and practicing yoga. He reads extensively, loves traveling and happily calls himself a "foodie." He relishes time with the family; the birth of his first daughter has increased his awareness of how important it is for you to find your dream home. He lives by the mantra: “I'll believe in you-you can believe in me.”
