Having bought and sold many homes of my own, I have never found doing so ever so easy, However, trying to sell one's mother-in-law's property in just two weeks from a distance of 3,000km away and from another country does require some expert and understanding assistance from a Real Estate team. I was incredibly fortunate that you two were the team involved in the recent sale of Pat's home in Tauranga. Not a good time to sell, yet you had a contract signed, sealed and delivered within a week of my arrival in NZ. I just wanted to express my appreciation to you not just for your business ability but also the sensitivity that you both displayed in dealing with Pat. Having had a stroke, it was a horrendous time for her to suddenly sell and pack up everything to come and live with us in Australia after 60+ years in NZ.
