Mark Gumbrell has a broad range of experience in marketing and business development across many markets and industries. His innovative approach to product and service delivery and identification and his skills in the exploitation of key markets has proven successful throughout his career.
Mark comes from the UK where he studied Business at Bournemouth University before gaining professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Direct Marketing, gaining the first professional CRM qualification with the IDM among others.
His work in the UK evolved from an account management role in a provincial marketing agency through a Senior Client Management role within a Direct Marketing Agency to becoming Head of Marketing for IAS being the second largest provider of personal lines insurance to the over 50s in the UK. Mark continued to prove himself as an effective, results-driven marketing director, with a strong focus on turning businesses into a successful franchise. In 2004 and 2005 he grew client company, Fix It Building Services from 7 to 31 franchisees in under 18 months, at the same time attaining a significantly higher franchise fee. As director and co-owner of Jesters Pies in New Zealand, Mark grew the business from six stores to 22 nationwide in a comparatively short space of time whilst building the brand from obscurity to over 70% prompted recall in NZ's North Island.
Having started his real estate career with RE/MAX, Mark moved to Ray White in order to deliver the customer service he strives to provide his clients. Mark’s drive and professionalism combined with Ray White’s brand and unparalleled systems make him a formidable force in the real estate industry.
Mark has a great track record in branding, marketing and ultimately selling new subdivisions.
