Licensee Salesperson, Ray White Hutt City
I have a background in managing and servicing Custom Framers throughout the whole of the North Island and the top of the South Island.
Four years ago I transferred to Wellington where I discovered Petone, loved the village, the Esplanade, the history of the town, and all it has to offer. It reminded me of Ponsonby where I had lived for twenty years with its eclectic mix of industrial, commercial and residential. So much so, I moved from Auckland, bought a 1905 Railway Cottage and now enjoy being able to bring my sales experience to Real Estate in Lower Hutt. My customer service and sales experience, negotiating skills, enthusiasm and knowledge of the Lower Hutt Market will help me achieve the desired result for everyone.
Lyndsey was our agent and we wanted to let you know what an asset she is to your Company. From the time we met her when she came to appraise our property we were comfortable with her and knew she would give us the best outcome. She told us what we needed to know, in a way which we understood and kept us fully informed through the entire process. Not once did we need to contact her to find out anything. Her weekly reports were informative and helpful. Her humour was always welcome and she worked hard to get us the best result. Her advice was always appreciated and on the button. We would like to thank her for all her efforts and Mac will be in touch with her soon to arrange that ride on his Harley – you too if you want. Kind regards, Martine and Mac Macdonald Happy Campers Dear Alex
We are writing to commend the efforts of Lyndsey McKinley who recently sold our home at 43 Rossiter Ave. We selected Leaders from a group of three leading agencies because Lyndsey presented a very sound marketing proposal suitable for our position in the market and were also competitive. When Jo and I reviewed the proposals we felt the most confident with Leader’s approach. Additionally is lovely to work with and we have total trust in her ethics and integrity. Lyndsey had also worked hard for us over a number of months in the purchase of a property for Jo’s sister. It was hard work for Lyndsey but she stuck to it and was the early bird that caught the worm when another flat came on the market which we bought and move Emma into this weekend. Yours sincerely Jo and Geoff
