Local real estate office expands into Burpengary market
Having changed from LJ Hooker to Ray White in June 2013, local agents at Ray White Caboolture have expanded their office to open in Burpengary this week.
The Brown family have worked in the area for 38 years and are a local authority in real estate.
“We made the decision to move to the Ray White Group because we recognised the fact that Ray White were the leader in real estate franchise services and systems in Australia.
“Since joining the Group in June 2013, our expectation has been surpassed and we were given great confidence to open our new office in Burpengary,” says James Brown, selling principal of Ray White Burpengary.
Mr Brown and his team have a strong understanding of real estate in Burpengary and its surrounding suburbs.
“We have a lot of experience selling in the area and opening an office enables our clients in Burpengary to engage our services with greater ease.
“In recent months, the Burpengary market has seen increased buyer activity. This is due to suburbs to the south, such as North Lakes, attracting considerable buyer interest and as the next suburb to the north, Burpengary is seeing a spill-over effect with sales,” Mr Brown explains.
For the Ray White Group, the expansion into Burpengary was a natural step for Mr Brown’s business.
“The Brown family have built a successful business in Caboolture over nearly four decades.
“Making the decision to align their business with Ray White has allowed them the opportunity to expand into a new marketplace and we have every confidence that their business will continue to grow and thrive,” says Tony Warland, Joint-CEO, Ray White Queensland.
“We aim to continue to share our expertise and real estate knowledge with the community, and enable our clients in Burpengary with accessibility to the highest level of service,” Mr Brown concludes.
