An early career in media sales confirmed Leigh’s potential, and a subsequent 15 years owning a home improvement company supplied her with a wealth of knowledge about property, not to mention extensive geographical knowledge of the South Auckland corridor. She began with Ray White as a Business Development Manager for the Manurewa, Takanini and Drury offices, gaining huge insight into the market. Last year, Leigh realised that her established sales experience and her real estate know-how all pointed to one thing. Successfully gaining her salesperson’s licence, she sold her first house within two weeks, and is already exceeding targets for Ray White Executive Salesperson Status.
The ability to relate to people from all walks of life and think beyond what is said, means that Leigh can find opportunities to bring the right people together from even the most unlikely situations. She leaves no stone unturned to get the right result for you, crediting her thoroughness, attention to detail and empathy as the traits which most contribute to positive outcomes.
Invested in her district, Leigh is an active member of the Drury Community Board who work towards ensuring they maintain a healthy community in the face of inevitable growth and development. Being out in nature is one of Leigh’s favourite pastimes but travelling is her passion, and her means of creating and maintaining her own social connections.

The sale was far from straight forward it dragged on with negotations but Leigh never gave up .. she certainly clocked up some miles
Dear Leigh, I’m just sitting here having a break from packing and have poured myself a wine. I’m contemplating what a journey it has been with you over the past few months to sell my block with my cottage who my friends and I affectionately call ‘Dragondale’. There is a magic here that takes a little time to see but when you do see it, there really are dragons and faireys here and it opens a whole new view on the place. I know the work involved to reno this place as I have worked in the building industry and designed and built my house prior to this one and realised this would be hard to sell as is. Not everybody has that type of vision and we saw that in the people who came through that thought it was too much. But you hung in there and found the magic here and passed it on to the viewers. Your time and effort put in to marketing and viewings was more than expected and I’m so greatfull that we have now brought it to a happy conclusion.
