Kerry comes from a long line of local descendants who have been farming in the Bay of Islands since the first missionaries. Kerry also owns and operates a smaller farming operation fattening exotic bulls for the hamburger trade.
He started his career with PGG Wrightsons earning Rookie of the Year status along with awards for excellence in marketing and top revenue earner. Following his career with PGG Wrightsons Kerry was recruited to the Bayleys brand, taking up the position of Country Team Leader. Working with the corporate sector, mortgagee and receivership are all areas Kerry has experience with.
Following the sale of the Kerikeri Bayleys Branch, Kerry decided on a change and moved to the Ray White’s brand at the beginning of 2013 where he took up the position of large projects / rural and premium property specialist.
Kerry was awarded 2016 Premier Performer (NZ), 2015 Executive Member (NZ) in the Ray White Group and Top Performer for the Kerikeri office. The second quarter of 2014 he was awarded the highest sales turnover in Northland for the Ray White Group. In June 2014 he ranked 5th out of approximately 1682 Ray White salespeople based on released sales.
Kerry has a passion and expertise working on substantial proposals for larger projects or multiple property owners. He brings to Ray White broad experience with property as well as honesty and integrity.
Kerry has a long infinity with the coast in and around the Bay of Islands and has been involved with the sale of larger coastal land holdings. He understands the coastline well and can assist with purchase of all facets of coastal property.
