Licensee Salesperson, Ray White Papatoetoe
Previous to working in the field of property management, I put in the hard work and studied at Auckland University in the field of property and graduated with two degrees:
-Bachelor of Architectural Studies
-Bachelor of Architecture.
With my Dad and other various extended family members working for years in the Real Estate industry, it was inevitable that I would follow suit - it's in my blood!
After graduating from Auckland University, I worked briefly in a local rentals office before gaining my Real Estate license. I moved on to work as a property manager for a over 6 years with Ray White in the CBD. In that time, I was able to establish trusting relationships with my landlords and achieved highly set goals on a monthly basis within the office-no problems!
In 2013, I was awarded top 5 Registered REAA licensed property managers in NZ which was a massive personal achievement for me.
2014 presented the opportunity for me to take up the challenge of taking on a sales role and working alongside my Dad in the Eastern and South Auckland suburbs where we achieved great results.
I've now moved to my Dad's grassroots of Papatoetoe just down the road from where he ran his successful sales office in real-estate and where he built the ''HODGSON'' reputation and now I am keen to continue to build on that family name that Dad set up back in the 90's.
Property is in my veins, I've been exposed to the industry since I was knee high to a grass hopper and I have the HODGSON worth ethic, so if you are looking to sell or to buy please contact me to find out how I can make the whole process stress free for you - let me impress you and get you the best result!
