Real Estate is not a job for me, I live it, I breath it, I wake up at AM thinking about it, trying to find that angle to get a deal across the line. ABOUT ME ..... I am a born and bred, down to earth, Southland family man. I trained as a butcher when I left Boys High School and worked in the freezing works while my daughters were growing up. As soon as they were out of home, I decided to hang up the overalls and jump into a suit and tie. This began my rewarding career in real estate, with my only regret being I did not start earlier.
I know that purchasing a property is a very personal, and at times emotional experience. My wife and I purchased our home in 1983, our girls have grown up there and our grandchildren now visit us there. A property is a lot more than foundations, framing and bricks - it is an imperative building block to your future, no matter what walk of life you are from and regardless of your reasons for buying or selling.
HONEST ADVICE ..... I pride myself on offering honest advice. I want every purchaser and vendor to make the right decisions for their futures. I also want the only thing that wakes me up at night to be amazing ideas to help complete a deal not nightmares because I have pressured people into situations that are in my best interests not theirs.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: IT'S ABOUT YOU ..... Whether you are downsizing, upsizing, getting into your first home, moving into town, out of town, buying an investment, cashing up your investment - two things remain the same.
