Until Athena and I met with Ke(David), we thought that the auction for our dream house is only a desirable goal that cannot be achieved by anyone. Ke(David) were able to transform our view towards such matter. We only met with Ke(David) twice and he had a full understand of what we want and found the property that we really like. We were worried that our modest budget was not reconcilable with the prime location and an fantastic water view from the building we were looking for.
