Kate Scott

Sales, Ray White Putaruru

Born in Cornwall UK, Kate came to NZ in 2010 at the age of 20. She fell in love with the country, particularly the Waikato and she dived into dairy farming.

After 6 years of dairy farming she decided to follow her passion for property and qualify as a Real Estate Agent, she has now completed a year of full time experience with several sales under her belt.

She is a country girl at heart owning her own horse and still keeping one foot in the dairy shed by relief milking.

Kate enjoys matching people with property, helping people getting the maximum amount for their investments to carry on to the next one.

So if you would like to achieve your real estate goals with the help of someone who is approachable, a great communicator, up to date with technology and most importantly has your best interest at heart then give her a call now!

Kate was very patient and wonderful to work with. The best part was that she understood what we were looking for, suggested houses for us, and was patient through the entire process Kate was not pushy and always flexible. She answered all of our questions quickly and accurately.
There was no pressure to take just any home. Kate gave the pros and cons at each viewing and what would be involved each step of the way. Again, thank you for making our purchase a stress-free experience. P P Galletta.

P & P Galletta - Leamington

We found Kate very professional and easy to relate to. She made buying our first hime an enjoyable experience rather than stressful. She pushed to get what was best for both parties resulting in a buyer with a property they were happy with and a seller feeling at ease after a sale very close to her heart. Would highly recommend Kate to anyone, we will certainly be using her for future investments or sales.
