Karen has worked for Ray White Browns Bay Property Management for over 14 years and has just about experienced every possible issue involved in the field of managing and renting properties. She previously had a 25 year retail background, so has been at the forefront of building good customer relationships & service and knows the value of treating her clients with the respect they deserve. Her mission is to give the very best of herself to landlords and tenants alike with a particular regard to the fairness and ethics of the industry.

Karen has been happily married for 46 years to the same lovely man; & has lived & worked in “The Bays” for almost 40 years. They have two grown up sons and four adorable grandchildren so family is a huge priority in her life. She values continuing good health through meditation, good nutrition & exercise, & enjoys the outdoors, horse riding, yoga and playing golf. With a long term interest in personal growth via all means possible, books & computers are always close at hand & she loves a good novel or movie for relaxation.

I wanted to write and thank you for the outstanding service you have given us in looking after our rental property in Browns Bay. Before you took over the management of this property we had been managing it ourselves for some time, which was stressful and I have to say fraught with all sorts of problems I had not thought of. We had a long list of tenants with various problems resulting and we were achieving a lower rental for our property than you were able to achieve for us. We also feel that our property , in your care was much better maintained than it was when we were managing it, despite our best efforts, you were able to secure great maintenance people for us at a much better price than we could! The tenants were happier and so were we! The only reason for terminating our agreement was that family have now moved into the property so it is no longer available as a rental. If we ever bought another rental we would certainly be coming back to you and asking you to manage it for us. I would highly recommend your property management skills and wish you every success in your ongoing work. Thank you again,
