Property Management - Business Development Manager, Ray White Whangarei
Born and bred in the Far North and having spent time at boarding school in Hamilton for her senior school years, Juliet returned to Northland to settle in Whangarei in 2004 where she worked in the hospitality industry. This was a great way to establish relationships with a number of local people and was the key to discovering her love for dealing with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Through one of these relationships an opportunity was created to start Juliet’s professional career with Rockgas North as Business Development Manager across three franchises from Dairy Flat to Kaitaia. She spent 6 years in this role, assisting in the development of franchise systems, sales and marketing, growing awareness for the use of LPG in domestic and commercial applications and developing strong relationships with industry partners.
Juliet and her husband left Whangarei in 2012 to embark on an adventure of work and travel overseas. The majority of their time was spent living and working in Port Hedland, Western Australia where Juliet had the role of Business Centre Manager for WorkPac Group. Providing human resource solutions to the mining, civil construction and manufacturing industries, with responsibility for growth and profitability of the business centre and management of recruitment and administration staff.
They were fortunate to fulfil their love of travel during this time and have experienced some amazing places and cultures across the UK, Europe, SE Asia and USA. They are pleased to be back with friends and family in the Whangarei community, returning at the end of 2015 to enjoy the unique lifestyle our home offers. Juliet spent several months working across two magazine publications which kept me up to date on local issues and brought important insight to our dynamic local businesses.
She has a keen interest in the property sector and is excited to transfer her skills to the property management business. Juliet is especially fortunate to be aligned with a company with such a high calibre of professionalism and strong reputation in the local property market.
When not at work, Juliet is most happy enjoying the outdoors - especially at one of our unspoilt far north beaches. Crazy about fishing, diving and camping Juliet treasures the time she can do this with friends and family. Travel, music, gardening and training are also a big part of her life. Juliet and her husband are really enjoying their small lifestyle block that provides entertainment every day in their 6 chooks, 3 ducks, goat, cat and Rottweiler puppy and look forward to watching this grow….
