Josh lives in the inner city suburbs with his wife and young daughter. He lives and breathes the neighbourhood scene and is tuned in to local community life. Josh has a strong passion for good design and architecture.

Before real estate, Josh developed an organic merchandise business, selling to garden centres, while also running a successful organic fertiliser company that managed commercial and residential properties. His business success was founded on relationship building and quality service.

Josh thrives on the dynamic energy of the real estate market place. Supporting buyers’ decision-making and sellers’ enthusiasm is Josh’s great skill. By listening to people carefully, he fulfills their needs in a courteous, honest and open manner.

The one thing that sets a good sales consultant apart, other than being a good listener he says, is the ability to provide information and knowledge so people are better equipped to make more informed, satisfying choices.
