Right from the start, Josh demonstrated an easy, professional manner. He arranged the viewings which were perfectly timed and logically grouped, so that we managed to see everything we had on our ‘list’ in one day. When we indicated that we wanted to put an offer on the Worcester Street property, Josh once again arranged for us to complete the paperwork in a timely manner so that we could travel back to Nelson the same day. At all times, Josh presented impeccably dressed and good humoured. He was willing to communicate with us at any time of the day, going so far as to check a problem, that the builders report had noted, on his day off. He not only checked the problem, he fixed it. He liaised with the listing agent many times to ensure the momentum of the sale process was ongoing. We look back on what we could have been a daunting process and have Josh to thank for his service over and above what was required to ensure the experience was as problem-free as possible.
