We have been impressed by John’s energy, enthusiasm and constant encouragement, when (at times) our own fervor could have wavered.  John relentlessly worked with a small number of interested parties, while also never losing sight of the fact that maybe new customers might hold the key to a sales success.  He introduced our home to a stream of potential owners, a lot of whom found our asking price too expensive for their budgets.  We are pleased to say; John never lost faith in his belief that our property would sell, and eventually his work with one of the “original interested parties” delivered us a suitable and acceptable deal for which we are very grateful.
