Licensee Salesperson, Ray White Manurewa
Meet Jarvis Adams, the latest promising addition to the booming sales team at Ray White Manurewa. Characterised by his relaxed, friendly manner, maturity and thoughtful approach, Jarvis is not only easy to talk to, but a pleasure to deal with. You’ve got our word and three previous awards for outstanding customer service to prove it.
Born and raised in Manurewa, Jarvis knows the South Auckland area intimately - there’ll be no wasted time tending to your properties in the region. Prior work experience has also positioned Jarvis exceptionally well for his new vocation. Going directly into the workforce after school, Jarvis gained valuable customer service experience in a high-profile hardware store for two years. Following that, he crossed over to a panel beating and car grooming business, where his ability to pay attention to detail was a distinct advantage. More importantly, though, it made Jarvis realise how much he missed the customer interaction aspect of his previous role, triggering the move to a work environment where he could make people happy by personally delivering the results they were looking for.
Specific personal traits add to Jarvis' natural fit within the real estate industry: he's a born listener with an innate desire to interact with others and he places a high value on diversity, resilience and discovering lateral solutions to challenges. These qualities were a further catalyst for Jarvis’ professional transition. Once the decision was made, he wasted no further time, sitting and passing the papers required to gain his licence.
Though just at the beginning of his new career, Jarvis has easily absorbed the necessary knowledge. However, while almost anyone can learn real estate facts, you can’t necessarily teach anyone how to relate to people. Interpersonal skills are a stand-out strength for this new agent, and it’s these qualities which are critical in a favourable property transaction. With Jarvis as your property advisor, you can confidently expect your experience to be a positive one.
Jarvis balances his professional life with fishing, golfing, or hanging out with his mates and his partner, always making time for his family.
