Licensee Salesperson, Ray White Takanini
Jacob Harris grew up knowing all about real estate. His grandfather sold houses for 40 years and subsequently, his father also joined the industry. During Jacob's last years at school, he secured a part-time job with a property developer, extending his knowledge in the construction and finance side of the business.
On leaving high school, Jacob built an invaluable foundation of sales and customer relations skills as a sales representative for a popular footwear brand. He immediately enjoyed the customer interaction, the sales process and the rewards he received from helping and advising people.
Following in the family footsteps, he gained his salesperson license and transitioned to Ray White Takanini. The move has been the perfect choice for the South Auckland born and bred local who has intimate knowledge of the area, properties, and the people. His youth is an advantage, giving him the energy and drive required to create momentum in any market, yet he is wise enough to recognise and fulfill the traditional needs of different generations and cultures. Jacob is a big believer in first impressions, presentation, and punctuality. He seals the deal with a personal mantra of trust and integrity “If I say I’ll do something, then it’s done.”
Personally motivated by a desire to be a role model for his younger family members and make his parents proud, Jacob also has his sights set on buying his own property and visiting different parts of the world. He balances life by keeping fit and spending time with his partner and friends.
