Ian Taylor sold my elderly parent’s house in October 2015. They had been in their house for 46 years so it was a difficult and challenging decision and my parents were somewhat apprehensive about this move. However it was made a lot easier due to Ian Taylor. We were introduced to Ian Taylor by a work colleague and within two weeks Ian had found a property that suited our requirements. We had been looking for a few weeks having sold our property so there was a little urgency in finding our new home. We received a phone call from Ian asking us to take a look at one of the new listings from his sales meeting, this was a hot property and once we viewed it we realised it fitted most of our needs. Ian negotiated the agreement with us, and we were informed that another three buyers would be making offers at the same time, (multiple offer).
