Principal and Owner, Ray White Te Awamutu
Gregg commenced his working life as an accountant. Gaining a chartered accounting status of CA, a qualification still held today. Whilst in accounting Gregg became interested in property investment and the mechanics of running a real estate practice.
In 1999 a change of career saw Gregg purchase United Realty a longstanding local business. He has lived in Te Awamutu his entire life. Gregg is a sporting fanatic with interests in rugby, tennis, cricket and fishing.
Gregg believes real estate has changed in recent years where relationship building is now required more than ever. People expect service and the right advice with some of their most valued assets at stake. Internet and databasing are now critical tools to optimise opportunity. We have built up these contacts and invested in communications to achieve this.
Gregg and the team at Ray White Te Awamutu & Otorohanga have a clear goal - to achieve the highest price for each vendor by marketing each home to the widest possible market, and developing a marketing strategy to bring multipile offers to the vendors.
