Licensee Salesperson, Ray White Half Moon Bay
It has been 7 months into my career change to Real Estate. I have found it very interesting and challenging but am really enjoying being in Real Estate and am humbled to be surrounded by some amazing people. I have been asked what we do, how I am finding it, what the market is doing constantly so I thought I would try an answer some of these here.
What I'm up to this week
Monday, I call clients that attended my open home and spoke to buyers that I showed through other agents open homes. I plan upcoming and prior social media posts and internet advertising to check their performance. We have our Area meeting on Tuesdays with the staff from all 6 offices and then we caravan all the new properties to the market. (The caravan is where all agents have the opportunity to go through properties) I then will go through active buyers lists to match up any listings available with the matching buyer criteria. I have Floor-Time today between 3 pm and 5 pm. On Wednesday we have an office meeting, we go through the properties on Caravan and any other business news and general discussions. I will then follow up any clients that have indicated interest to ensure they have all information they require. Thursdays and Fridays, I spend time prospecting by either dropping off flyers, telemarketing, planning marketing initiatives. Planning any open homes, organising buyers to show through properties. Saturday and Sunday are all about open homes, getting clients to them or assisting any agents that are running them. Anyway, that's a broad overview. Never a dull moment. Hope you all have a great week
