Background story time! Prior to this purchase I was living in Greytown (population) and c.a 6-7 hours drive away. When I started my house-hunt to go with a new job in Maunganui I went to TradeMe. Reception is absolutely poor in Greytown, so trying to get in touch with an agent was difficult since real estate agents seem to really really like phone calls. Glen was the only agent I had contacted who was empathetic towards my crappy cellphone reception and we established a rapport via chains of emails and text messages.
