Office Manager - Takanini, Ray White Takanini
Fleur Fulton has found her niche. As the new Office Administrator and Marketing Assistant at Ray White Takanini; one of the best-performing branches in the company, Fleur has made the change required to match her drive and skill set.
Growing up and attending college in rural South Auckland, Fleur is well informed about the area’s geography and culture. She developed an interest in information technology during high school, and upon leaving, went on to complete her Level 4 certificate in Travel and Tourism. Afterward, Fleur successfully gained a full-time position as a sales representative at Auckland Airport. Over the next four years, she consolidated her I.T. knowledge, cultivated in-depth sales experience and learned invaluable customer relations expertise. When it came time for a change, she proved herself in a manager’s role in the retail industry.
Her move to Ray White Takanini was prompted by the recommendation of one of their top salespeople. He knew her well enough to see that her calm, confident approach, warm personality, and organisational talents would be perfect for front line responsibilities at the busy branch. Fleur’s non-judgmental nature and her ability to listen carefully also make a great fit for customer service. Unlikely to get stressed under pressure, she says the best parts of her professional day are interacting productively with the friendly team and seeing her clients walk away happy and well cared for.
Living rurally with her fiancee and their pet dog, Fleur makes the most of her country environment, and her pastimes reflect her outgoing, can-do attitude. Representing at a national level in show jumping, she’s required to continually challenge herself, putting numerous hours into training and the care of her horse. Agreeing she’s a bit of a “thrill seeker,” Fleur also loves riding motocross and going snowboarding; hobbies she’ll fit in whenever time permits.
