Born and bred in Lower Hutt, Don Elsey first entered the world of real estate across the ditch, in Sydney, back in 2003.
A natural from day one, he was Rookie of the Year in his first year and Number 1 salesperson in New South Wales for 2004 and 2005.
In his fourth year on the job he established his own business, enjoying great success over the following decade.
Coming back to his home patch in 2015 was an exciting move for Don, especially as he now had a wife and six children in tow!
After a short stint in a different sales field he’s now returning to the world he really loves, which is real estate, and he’s thrilled to be working with the well-established team at Ray White.
Having completed over 300 residential sales during his career, Don has finely tuned and effective communication and negotiation skills and he takes enormous pride in using them to achieve the best possible outcome for his vendors.
He’s friendly, down-to-earth and approachable and he’s quite an expert on the golf course too, although family life always comes first.
