David did an amazing job at selling my rental property at 9 Riserra Drive. You did a really thorough job from the beginning to end. I was impressed with the way you went through the agency agreement to make sure everything was right and explained all the details and why's and wherefore's of everything. You have a wealth of knowledge about the local market; realistic prices, the types of buyers who would be interested, the important things to address to make the house more market ready etc. You always treated the tenants with respect and their feedback to me was that you were friendly and approachable. I was really happy that you managed to secure a couple of offers before auction day, which resulted in a really good price on the day. Overall you did an amazing job and will definitely use you again next time I have need of an agent.
