The sales preparation phase of my property was not an easy one following the discovery of the need for a code of compliance certificate from Wellington City Council for work carried out on my property some 10 years earlier. On top of that some earthquake damage was discovered in a concrete pile that needed to be repaired before the Council would sign off the compliance certificate. Cheryl responded to each of the many obstacles that arose in a constructive way and always consulted with me in a timely manner and was willing to correspond directly with relevant people, on my behalf, so these issues could be addressed as quickly as possible. The sale of my property turned out to be a much more complicated process than expected due to me being an absent owner and the many unexpected issues that arose.
