Bob has been greatly involved with new subdivisions across the greater Wellington region and has become a residential development expert, understanding the process in it’s entirety from sourcing land, initial planning and project management of buildings right through to completion.

Bob is married to Su and is an extremely proud father, grandfather and great grandfather who enjoys spending quality time with his family. Son Warren & partner Sarah live in central Wellington with other family residing in Oamaru, son Tim & daughter in law Kerri with granddaughter Natasha and Megan and daughter Donna with grandsons James, Ben and Sam. Bob is also now a proud great grandfather with great granddaughter Isabella.
