What makes Bernie different from your average salesperson?
Bernie started his career as an apprenticed carpenter then progressed to a self-employed Building Contractor. Bernie became known for running a well-organized job and doing quality work. In 1997 he was appointed as Contracts and Project Manager for Design Builder’s Hawkes Bay and over 10 years successfully managed the construction of over 200 Hawkes Bay homes.
Bernie’s extensive experience in project management taught him the art and the importance of; effective open and closed communication, attention to detail, creating and initiating systems that work but at the same time keep things simple. Bernie believes that selling property is not all about the gift of the gab, but more importantly successfully selling a property is about a good understanding relationship between Vendor and Agent, effective marketing and negotiation.
Bernie desire to succeed and his passion for property constantly drives him to give a successful service to his customers, ultimately ensuring the path to his own success. It’s one of the giving and the receiving principles of life.
