Andrew’s real estate career started at Bayleys in 1986 when he assisted in the formation of a commercial property management department. His involvement in real estate since then has extended to include residential property management, suburban housing and apartment sales and acting as a professional body corporate secretary for a number years until 2007. Since then he has worked primarily in the field of marketing and selling Auckland City apartments.
He is well -versed in the issues facing the Auckland City apartment market and the myriad of forms of ownership it provides- be it fee simple, cross-lease, unit title, company shares, freehold or leasehold. A further area of expertise is his experience in sales of apartments subject to leases, in particular hotel and student accommodation developments.
Andrew enjoys assisting vendors and purchasers, whether the property is an investment or a residence.
